henry-wu-tito-wun-27-karat-years

Henry Wu & Tito Wun take the listener on a worldly journey with this collaborative release, recorded over seven days in the legendary former Kraftwerk studio “Electro Müller” in Düsseldorf. Henry Wu has collaborated with artists such as K15, releasing music on 22a, Eglo and Rhythm Section International to name a few. Tito Wun, also known as Twit One is a revered name in the German hip-hop scene. With his music released on Cologne’s Melting Pot Music, ava. and Money $ex Records, Tito’s sound perfectly expresses his love for jazz, funk and hip-hop.

The six tracks, all recorded live, with Pascal Schäfer (Sin & Soul Records) on flute and sax, Henry and Tito reconnect with the era that laid the cornerstone of modern dance music, while respectfully adding their signature texture and sound.
